MHD Professional Hair Dryer
The whole body of the hair dryer is made out of plastic.
The surface of the plastic is smooth and has been given a matte black finish, while the handle of the dryer is very comfortable and provides a great grip.
It's worth noting that both input and output vents are covered by mesh in order to prevent debree from getting into the device.
Being a 1800 Watt device, it's pretty obvious that the dryer is very powerful and can blow a large volume of air.
In order to regulate the output to the desired level, the user can adjust both the speed of the air (I or II) as well as its temperature (Low, Med, High).
Additionally, the dryer has also a dedicated button for providing cool air.
All of the buttons are tactile, while the selector switches are stiff enough to not cause accidental mode changes.
A thing that surprised me at first is the red glow that appeared once I switched the dryer on the high heat mode.
Once this specific mode is engaged, the infrared bulb is powered on in order to provide infrared heating that's known to be very effective for hair applications.
Another thing that I liked about the dryer is the long, thick power wire that it's using.
The cord is around 2.5 meters long and has a thick insulation layer around it.
All in all, the dryer is worth its money and so far has been performing flawlessly.
