This budget priced charger is an excellent product for li-ion battery owners.

The dual slot charger is able to charge almost any commonly sized li-ion battery.
Each slot can provide a maximum of 500mA either at 3.0V or 4.2V, while it also has an indicator LED that informs the user regarding the charging phase.

After charging a couple of my 18650 batteries, I confirmed that the cutoff voltage for the charging is set at 4.19V which is exactly where a charger should stop.
As a note, no excessive heat was noticed after using both slots for more than 8 hours continuously.

Of course, per UK's standards the charger contains a 3A fuse to protect the user for short circuits.
Additionally, the device has also build in protection for over-voltage, over-current as well as reverse polarity.
Last but not least, I quite liked the dual input capability of the charger that enables it to be used out of an ordinary micro-USB charger.
