MallTEK 2400DPI Gaming Mouse

The surface of the mouse is made out of matte, rubberized plastic, which make it look very elegant and increases the grip.
The weight is distributed evenly and the mouse is nicely balanced.
In the bottom of the mouse there are two 4 slider pads which make it slide smooth on most surfaces.
Additionally, the cable of the mouse is braided which keeps it from tangling.

The gaming performance is great.The mouse is accurate and has low input latency.
The grip of the mouse is perfect for fast and controlled movements.
I couldn't figure out which sensor IC is being used by the mouse but it seems that its performance is more than adequate considering its budget pricing.

Despite the 6 button claims by the manufacturer, it seems that the mouse actually has 7 buttons.
Using the two DPI adjusting button, the user can scroll through different DPI levels (4 different levels, up to 2400 DPI).
The mouse is backlit. In total, there are 4 colors that are constantly shining in a faiding pattern.
The lighting effect is nice, yet both the pattern and the color isn't programmable by the user.

No additional drivers are needed to get the device working.
I have tested it both on Windows and Linux.
